Brian K. Feltman, very content here at Woodstack BBQ in Valdosta, Georgia, is a historian of Modern Germany and the First World War. He is Professor of History at Georgia Southern University, and is a Fellow of the International Society for First World War Studies and a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. Born and raised in the Upstate of South Carolina, Brian did his undergraduate work at Clemson University and his PhD at The Ohio State University. In addition to several articles and essays, he is the author of the award-winning book The Stigma of Surrender: German Prisoners, British Captors, and Manhood in the Great War and Beyond. Bill Allison, smiling here at Lewis BBQ in Greenville, South Carolina, is a historian of the Vietnam War and American Military History. He is Professor of History at Georgia Southern University, and is the author of several works, including My Lai: An American Tragedy in the Vietnam War, and Military Justice in Vietnam: The Rule of Law in an American War. Bill is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society and is the Progam Director for the Society for Military History's Summer Seminar in Military History (2023 and 2024).
